The 20634 Vande Bharat Express waits at Kottayam railway station on its journey from Thiruvananthapuram Central to Kasargod during its scheduled stop on a very rainy day. The sky was heavily overcast with angry, dark rain clouds, and it would start raining heavily very soon. We can’t make it out from the photo given the conditions, but it was very late morning that day and the train was running two hours late. This happened because incessant rains the previous day had prevented the train from reaching Trivandrum on time.
