The Technopark Phase 3 Buildings

The Ganga (left) and Yamuna (right) buildings of the Technopark Phase 3, Trivandrum. The Technopark is an integrated IT services technology park in Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala, India. They are not exactly traditional Kerala architecture. Though they don’t look like it, these two buildings are huge and ‘U’ shaped, and make a disjointed ‘2’ shape looking from from above. The Govenment of Kerala owns the Technopark and these buildings and leases them out to private or public companies for their operations. Technopark Phase 3 is the latest extension of the tech park and is still under construction. These two buildings together amount to a million square feet and are fully occupied, employing around 15,000 techies.
