WDM3A Itarsi Twins and a WAP7 at Bangalore

On a sunny May evening in Bangalore City Railway Station, the colorful WDM3A twins from Itarsi (ET) (one of which is 16224R, a rebuilt ALCo or WDM2) get ready to famously haul local superstar Karnataka Express out of Bangalore till Itarsi under Diesel power. Powerhouse SCR Lallaguda (LGD) WAP7 #30239 takes a nap under a tree in a nearby corner after having brought in the Brindavan Express from Chennai. She will later take the 12028 SBC-MAS Shatabdi back to Chennai. A KJM WDP4 locomotive can also be seen.
