The New Kerala KSRTC Swift Superfast bus Side Profile

Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC)’s “SWIFT” division’s brand new Superfast “air” bus KS 285 stands ready to depart from Vytilla Mobility hub at Ernakulam on its journey from Thiruvananthapuram to Ponnani in Malappuram district. This new Kerala KSRTC Swift Superfast bus was built on a 12 meter Ashok Leyland Viking chassis with air suspension on a body built by Prakash Body Constructors on their Vega platform. The buses are completely different from the usual bus body type by KSRTC are are far superior in quality as well. There were 131 Superfast buses procured under the SWIFT scheme. SWIFT also runs interstate and intra-city electric buses.
