Kochi Metro Train Approaching Aluva Station Through Heavy Rain

The Kochi Metro Train Approaches Aluva Station in Heavy Rain

The turquoise-green Alstom Metropolis trainset of the Kochi Metro slowly changes tracks as it makes it way to the platform at the Aluva Metro station amidst heavy rains. The rain was falling in torrents in typical Kerala style, and the sky was completely overcast and dark. The “non-functioning) clock tower of the Aluva municipality can also be seen. Kochi Metro in the city of Ernakulam-Kochi is India’s newest metro train rapid transit system, and the trainsets in use are unarguably India’s most beautiful.
