A SMART toy car (1:32 scale) sits on the window sill of an Indian train. The train was running, of course, and the compartment was that of a Sleeper coach. Macro Photography is the process of taking close-up, larger than life photographs (more than 1:1) of objects. Though this is not really high-quality, professional stuff, a small, humble attempt. Note the shallow depth of field that everything in the background was blurred. Oh, and the car fell off the train later 🙁
A close up shot of a lot of colorful bangles lying discarded in a field. These bangles are called ‘kuppivala’ (????????) in Malayalam, translating to ‘glass bangles’ though they are made of plastic and not glass. These were popular among all girls when I was growing up but today’s new-gen girls mostly prefer costly show-off branded stuff to these ‘traditional’ ones. Lots of colors around.
This is the picture of a cat. Kitten. A kitten is a baby cat. This photo was taken when the kitten was two months old.
Time and Space are not two, but one. Spacetime is a construct which combines the three dimensions of Space with that one of time into a mathematical model which finally looks like a construct that looks like a web which stretches into all directions until infinity. And it is a very frightening place, which will have no beginning and end, a very frightful place to get lost… The dark recesses of Spacetime house ancient dragons and other monsters… Anomalies in the Spacetime continuum send forth frightening bogeys into Parallel Universes. Autorickshaws are said to have come to our dimension in this manner. In this picture of the Spacetime continuum, a lonley beer can is lying lost, unable to move, unable to die, for all eternity….
